Dear Valued Customer
Firstly, we would like to thank all our clients for your business and we have loved getting to know you and provide a service that we can be proud of. There will always be little clichés we need to iron out so with your help we appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
We would also like to advise you on a few developments and changes we are undergoing now to make our storage area and services even better.
Rego Checks and Services
We have a company ‘On the bay Caravan Services and Repairs’, who is able to come to the storage yard to do rego’s and other services on your caravans & trailers. If you would like to utilize this service to save you time in taking your vehicle out, this is the process:
- Phone us to advise that you are interested and we will advise Mark from ‘On the Bay Caravan Service’
- Services other than Rego checks, Mark will contact you and discuss what services you will like and costs, payment options etc.
- If it is a rego check please email or give us a copy of the rego papers.
- We will work out a time/date with Mark to come and do the service.
- Once the service is completed we will let you know.
- We will keep a register as to when your rego is due and services carried out for future reference.
Our dump point is ready for use should you need it when you return from holidays.
Wash Down Area
This new wash down area is on the lower southern side, it has been prepared and we are now just waiting for a hard surface to be laid. We kindly ask that you do not wash you van or boat down in your storage space.
Access to Storage Yard
Our main concern in having a storage facility is security and we do all that we can to keep your van/boat/possessions safe. For us to be able to do this we ask all clients to phone us to advise that you wish to gain access before entering the property.
Front Gate Development
There are plans being put in progress to change the front gate. They are going to be wider and situated further into the property, this will make it easier and safer for you to park in the driveway instead of on the opposite side of the road.
Development on the big shed
You may have noticed that work has commenced at the front of the building. We are starting to make the precast panels for the front walls. Toilets will be put in and our office to one side and on the other side, another shop front that will be leased out. So, if you know of anyone interested please let us know.
